Variment was founded by Mai Phan and Khanh Pham. Mai is a second-time founder with a background in business and innovation. Khanh is our CTO, a software and cybersecurity engineer with experience building products used by hundreds of thousands of users. Minh joined as one of our first employees in 2025, specialising in AI engineering. We are also backed by board members and advisors with deep experience in healthcare, academic research, technology, finance and administration.
